My Journey

A Story of Passion and Dedication

I was born with a deep sense of compassion and curiosity in Town :- Muktainagar, District:- Jalgaon, State:- Maharashtra, Country:- India, which shaped my journey toward becoming a changemaker. Growing up, I witnessed both the challenges faced by vulnerable communities and the power of collective action in addressing these challenges. These early experiences laid the foundation for my commitment to creating a better and more equitable world.

My professional journey began as a Principal in Dr A P J Abdul Kalam Primary School Muktainagar. Later, in 2021, I worked as the National Spokesperson for the National Students Union for Students, where I learned the importance of leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration.

In 2022, I became the Maharashtra Spokesperson and Jalgaon District President for the MPCC Legal Human Rights Commission and RTI Department. I also worked as the CEO of Unique International School and Academy in Muktainagar in 2023.

In 2024, I founded Dr Arif Shaikh Foundation with a vision to empower marginalized communities through education and sustainable development. Under my leadership, the foundation has grown from a small initiative to a trusted organization that impacts the lives of thousands across Maharashtra.
